Notary Applications 03-13-2026
The Fentress County Clerk’s Office is currently accepting Notary Applications to be presented at the March 16th, 2026 County Commission Meeting. The deadline for these applications is Friday, March 13th at noon. If you have any questions pertaining to the Notary Application process, please contact the Fentress County Clerk’s Office. Amanda A. Hicks and her staff will be happy to assist you. There will not be a County Commission Meeting in the month of February.
Planning Commission Meeting 02-20-2026
The Fentress County Regional Planning Commission is set to meet on Friday, February 20th, 2026 at noon. The meeting will be held in the ECD conference room on the 2nd floor of the Historic Fentress County Courthouse located at 101 S. Main St. Jamestown, Tennessee 38556.
Library Board Meeting 02-17-2026
The Fentress County Library Board will be meeting at noon Tuesday, February 17th, 2026. The meeting will be held at The Fentress County Public Library located at 306 S. Main St. Jamestown, Tennessee 38556.
Board of Education Meeting 02-09-2026
The Fentress County Board of Education monthly meeting is scheduled for Monday, February 9th, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. The board meeting will be held in the Main Courtroom on the second floor of the Fentress County Historic Courthouse located at 101 S. Main St. Jamestown, Tennessee 38556.

Industrial Development Board Meeting 02-06-2026
The Fentress County Industrial Development Board will meet at 8 a.m. on Friday, February 6th, 2026. The meeting will be held in the ECD room on the second floor of the Historic Fentress County Courthouse located at 101 S. Main Street in Jamestown, Tennessee 38556.
South Fentress Park Committee 02-05-2026
The South Fentress Park Committee will meet at 6 p.m. on Thursday, February 5th, 2026. The meeting will be held at the South Fentress Park located at 6233 S. York Hwy. Clarkrange, Tennessee 38553.
Election Commission Meeting 02-02-2026
The Fentress County Election Commission will meet at 8 a.m. on Monday, February 2nd, 2026. The meeting will be held at the Election Commission building located at 111 Norris Street Jamestown, Tennessee 38556.
Budget Committee Meeting 02-02-2026
The Fentress County Budget Committee will convene immediately following the meeting of the Fentress County Finance Committee scheduled for 5 p.m. on Monday, February 2nd, 2026. The topic of discussion for the Budget Committee will be to set the Budget calendar for the upcoming fiscal year.

The Fentress County Finance Committee is scheduled to meet on Monday, February 2nd, 2026 at 5 p.m. The meeting will be held in the ECD conference room located on the second floor of the Fentress County Historic Courthouse located at 101 S.
