Fentress County Commission Meeting 05-11-2026
The Fentress County Commission will be meeting on Monday May 11th, 2026, at 6:00 PM. The meeting will be held at the Historic Fentress County Courthouse in the courtroom. Regional Planning Commission 5-15-2026
The Fentress County Regional Planning Commission will have a public hearing scheduled for Friday, May 15, 2026, at the Fentress County Courthouse for the purpose of receiving public comment regarding the following:
The addition of Old Highway 28, Old Wright Road and North Old Wright Road to the county road list.

Notary Applications 04-20-2026
The Fentress County Clerk’s Office is currently accepting Notary Applications to be presented at the April 20th, 2026 County Commission Meeting. The deadline for these applications is Friday, April 17th at noon. If you have any questions pertaining to the Notary Application process, please contact the Fentress County Clerk’s Office. Amanda A. Hicks and her staff will be happy to assist you. There will not be a County Commission Meeting in the month of February.
